At Tricity Mitsubishi, the health and well-being of our clients, employees, and our community are top priorities to us. With the COVID-19 pandemic, Tricity Mitsubishi has taken extra precautionary measures to ensure the cleanliness of our vehicles, facility, and the health of everyone around us. We have put together an action plan to protect our clients and employees during this time. 
Reduced Hours of Operation

Our business hours have been reduced, and though our facility remains open, we are offering digital retailing for sales, and a pick up/drop off procedure for our service clients. Feel free to chat with us online at www.tricitymits.com or call us at 604-464-3330 for more information.

COVID-19 Procedures:

Tricity Mitsubishi continues to take extra precautionary measures to ensure the well being of our clients and staff. Below is a list of our procedures to reduce the spread. 
1. Service Maintenance- Technicians are required to use gloves when inside a client’s vehicle. They are also required to disinfect door handles, steering wheels and gear shifts prior to bringing the client's vehicle into our Service Department for repair.

2. Loaners and Test Drive Vehicles - Lot Attendants, Shuttle Drivers and our Sales Teams are required to disinfect door handles, seats and all other soft and hard surfaces before and after each client usage. 

3. Procedure Outline - Signs regarding COVID-19 information and guidelines are placed on all doors entering our facility. We ask that anyone experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 to not enter our facility, and self quarantine themselves for 14 days. As well, our dealership is practicing social distancing and frequent hand washing.

4. Sanitization - Increased sanitization and disinfection of all high-traffic area touchpoints within all dealerships. Professional cleaning services will take place nightly.

6. Travel Restriction - No unnecessary business travel by employees. Employees are required to 
inform us of out of country travel. We are enforcing Health Guidelines of minimum 14 days quarantine upon return, even if absent of symptoms.
